2012 Nite Out

Thanks to Tharan we had a batch night out to watch 2012. Haha. He bought 100 tickets from the manager, so we could have our eyes on World End. Cool huh...

IFF 2009

IFF was a success. Yeah. Hurray to batch 08.

When we notice that only half of batch 09 turned up, there was an obvious disappointment in everyone’s eyes.

“yer, my group got only 4 students out of 11.”

“What should we do? Should we combine the groups? But the color…”

“The juniors very bad…”

But still, we went on. Thanks to our spirit, we went on.

We started off with our batch dance. Haha. Some of them actually joined in though. Well, you can see they actually admire that we were able to do that.

Then, we literally break the ice. Brilliant idea. Cool...

After ice breaking, the juniors have to seek for their facilitators, making all different moves.

" Grey Group, yours is the best, do this."

Luckily the juniors that present were quite sporting. Never mind those who din’t turn up. A few of us stood at the side, pretending to be the facilitators, and the juniors got cheated. Haha, I wonder how many time Ghoose Bump rub their backside.

After that, they invented their cheer and then followed by mass games sessions.

"Hahahahaha, everyone is full..." our Head of Consumption laughing happily.

Next come the modules games. It was really fun playing with water. I bet the bill rise high this month. Many of us actually soaked with water.

After break, the event changed to indoor, where the juniors dressed in their costume, and we with our mask. There were some talk, price giving and we did “heal the world” with body language, batch dance and cheer. It ended off with photo sessions, cheers and laughter.

Tired though. Drink more water people.

MSK 2009

MSK 2009 was held in Youth Club. Our batch was involved in either bureau or as facilitators. Photograph contributed by Bong, and video by Vee.

Day 1, we welcomed the juniors and gave them attributes. There were some commotions between bureau and facilitators, but it resolved with apologies. The juniors then have to find their facilitators with different expressions. Then, there were sessions with bureau, playing games and introductions. There were talks and games sessions. One of the modules was quite messy though.

Day 2, line dance in the morning, then come the much awaited introduction with the seniors. Apparently, our batch was invited to go, but we were not allowed to set a station to introduce our self to the juniors. Perhaps, the juniors were expected to know us? Then, there were games where the juniors have to blind fold themselves and find their destination.

Updates

Just Finish Pathology Post Test today. It is quite difficult in the sense that we had to memorise the reagent.

Anatomy assignment is out and pasted on the board in IP buiding, which means, there will be tentament soon. So sad, Dr. Junaidy is not giving tenteran anymore. I guess the lab assistants are ok though.

Block exam is coming up soon. No idea when, but soon.

Deeparaya Night

On the 23th October, the deeparaya night was held in Pondok Putri Azarine.

During the preparation, many of the committee went to help out. Thanks to creative biro for decorating and thanks for those who helped out to make this event a success.

The event finally started and we ‘walked’ in with much anticipation.

The most special thing for the night is the food. We had a chance to taste Indian food and Malay food. Thanks to the welfare biro. The food was great!

There were plenty of activities, games and all. For example,

Lucky for Tharan, no one manage to do it until 65 times, or else he had to sacrifice his Tiger.

Finally, the prince and the princess were announced. Congratulation to Tharan and pink Sari. They were present with a bike (konon) and were asked to wear the helmet.

Of course, not forgetting photo sessions with our fellow batch mates.
