·          3 x 4 = 3 lembar (berwarna) dengan latar kuning

Ø  Pria memakai setelan jas lengkap (warna bebas), bukan jas almamater

Ø  Wanita memakai blouse blasser (warna bebas)

Ø  Photo tegak, kedua daun telinga nampak, tanpa menutup kepala

Ø  Pasphoto dimasukkan dalam amplop dan diberi nama dan nomor mahasiswa memakai Pensil 2B

2.     Bon pinjam toga (according to akademik, fill intranet when it is open)

3.     Surat bebas pinjam buku dan alat dari :

·          Fakultas (Library)

·          Library Universitas (the one opposite the nearest KFC from campus)

·          Bagian PAU Pangan dan Gizi UGM (Barat Gedung MM), (the building near the roundabout to Pogung Kidul)

4.     Surat keterangan telah menyerahkan Naskah Publikasi & CD dari Unit Perpustakaan FK UGM

5.     Membayar biaya wisuda sarjana Rp 150.000,-

(Melalui Counter Bank BNI FK UGM dengan Nomor Rekening 179402424 UGM FKU Penunjang)

6.     Membayar KAGAMA (Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan / Mbak Ria)

Professional Behaviour

Professional Behavior Announcement for Batch 2008
1. Students batch 2008 that were included in special group and were invited to Professional Behavior meetings, must attend both meeting (22nd and 28th February 2012) as a requirement for graduation. 

2. Students who missed one meeting, will receive consequences, as follow:
a. Write formal letter to explain about reason of absence, and attach evidence documents to support the reason.
b. Complete 2 task:
i. Main assignment (Reflection and Article/Journal Review)
ii. Additional assignment (task explanation below *)

3. Students who missed both meetings, will receive consequences, as follow:
a. Write formal letter to explain about reason of absence, and attach evidence documents to support the reason.
b. Complete 3 task:
i. Main assignment (Reflection and Article/Journal Review)
ii. Additional assignment (task explanation below)
iii. Mandatory meeting with Professional Behavior Team to discuss about the
3rd assignment (Professional Behavior Project during clerkship)

4. All documents (letter and assignments) should be submitted before February 28th 2012, 8 AM.

5. Any students who do not complete all the requirement, will receive consequences from the academic office.

* Additional Assignment

1. Write a proposal about “The Ideal Professional Behavior Education in Medical School”.

2. The following ideas should be delivered in the proposal:
a. Do you think professional behavior education needed for medical students? Why? Explain your reason.
b. What should medical students learn about professional behavior?
c. How do you propose the method and strategy for medical students to learn about professional behavior?
d. From who should medical students learn about professional behavior?
e. How to evaluate medical students’ professional behavior?
f. What do you suggest for professional behavior education in Faculty Medicine UGM?

3. Proposal should use at least 2 references title (published journal/articles), with copy of references attached and submitted.

4. Minimum 2 page length of proposal, handwritten, black or blue ink allowed.

5. Proposal to be submitted to Professional Behavior Office (KPTU 3rd floor) before Tuesday, 28th February 2012, 8 AM.

IFF 2009

IFF was a success. Yeah. Hurray to batch 08.

When we notice that only half of batch 09 turned up, there was an obvious disappointment in everyone’s eyes.

“yer, my group got only 4 students out of 11.”

“What should we do? Should we combine the groups? But the color…”

“The juniors very bad…”

But still, we went on. Thanks to our spirit, we went on.

We started off with our batch dance. Haha. Some of them actually joined in though. Well, you can see they actually admire that we were able to do that.

After ice breaking, the juniors have to seek for their facilitators, making all different moves.

Luckily the juniors that present were quite sporting. Never mind those who din’t turn up. A few of us stood at the side, pretending to be the facilitators, and the juniors got cheated. Haha, I wonder how many time Ghoose Bump rub their backside.

After that, they invented their cheer and then followed by mass games sessions.

"Hahahahaha, everyone is full..." our Head of Consumption laughing happily.

Next come the modules games. It was really fun playing with water. I bet the bill rise high this month. Many of us actually soaked with water.

After break, the event changed to indoor, where the juniors dressed in their costume, and we with our mask. There were some talk, price giving and we did “heal the world” with body language, batch dance and cheer. It ended off with photo sessions, cheers and laughter.

MSK 2009

MSK 2009 was held in Youth Club. Our batch was involved in either bureau or as facilitators. Photograph contributed by Bong, and video by Vee.

Day 1, we welcomed the juniors and gave them attributes. There were some commotions between bureau and facilitators, but it resolved with apologies. The juniors then have to find their facilitators with different expressions. Then, there were sessions with bureau, playing games and introductions. There were talks and games sessions. One of the modules was quite messy though.

Day 2, line dance in the morning, then come the much awaited introduction with the seniors. Apparently, our batch was invited to go, but we were not allowed to set a station to introduce our self to the juniors. Perhaps, the juniors were expected to know us? Then, there were games where the juniors have to blind fold themselves and find their destination.

For Malaysians not staying in KL, and want to get books from Kamal Bookstore, you can have them send the books to your house. The steps are as follows.

1. call them up at 603-40210575 or 603-40219915
2. tell them the books you wanna buy to see whether they have the stock.
3. then bank in money at public bank. Account number 3073758416 under Syarikat Kamal.
4. Then fax the copy of resit from the bank, together with your address, the books you want and your contact number. Fax number 603-40246415
5. if you want courier service, you need to pay extra RM32, if just normal post extra RM15.
6. So, you will receive your book in one day (courier) and 4 days if by posts.

Updates

Just Finish Pathology Post Test today. It is quite difficult in the sense that we had to memorise the reagent.

Anatomy assignment is out and pasted on the board in IP buiding, which means, there will be tentament soon. So sad, Dr. Junaidy is not giving tenteran anymore. I guess the lab assistants are ok though.

Block exam is coming up soon. No idea when, but soon.

Deeparaya Night

On the 23th October, the deeparaya night was held in Pondok Putri Azarine.

During the preparation, many of the committee went to help out. Thanks to creative biro for decorating and thanks for those who helped out to make this event a success.

The event finally started and we ‘walked’ in with much anticipation.

The most special thing for the night is the food. We had a chance to taste Indian food and Malay food. Thanks to the welfare biro. The food was great!
